BOHIC (BOHIK, BOICH, BOUHIC), HENRI. — Canonist, born in Brittany in 1310, died c. 1350. He taught canon law at the University of Paris.
He is the author of *Distinctiones* on the Decretals of Gregory IX, an work justly regarded as a masterpiece of legal skill (Lyons 1557; Venice 1579); and of a treatise *De praesumptionibus* (Frankfurt 1498).
