LA RELIGIONE CATTOLICA NELL'EDUCAZIONE DEL C

THE CATHOLIC RELIGION IN C.’S EDUCATION — Without detracting in any way from human means, the Catholic religion adds others to confirm and strengthen them; it:
a) offers a very lofty ideal, teaching that every action should be transformed into a service of God the Creator;
b) enhances the value of duty, since it is presented as a disposition of Providence and a means of expiation and reparation, as well as the fulfillment of a clear divine will;
c) gives every action the value of an apostolic act for the coming and the greater extension of the “Kingdom of God”;
d) bestows grace, which strengthens nature and invigorates the energies of the will;
e) provides the sacraments of Penance and Communion, which are: the former, light; the latter, flame for the full valorization of one’s own personality.
