JAKOB FRIEDRICH BUSSEREAU. — Born on 2 February 1863 at Oberhambach (Palatinate), died on 2 July 1919 at Herzheim. Ordained priest in 1886, he served as chaplain at Herzheim and Germersheim, and as parish priest in the diocese of Augsburg. He established at Herzheim an institute for the mentally ill, cared for by the Brothers and Sisters of St Paul, which he founded in 1905.
