XIX.
Che i frati Minori dell'ordine di san Francesco Conventuali siano denominati.

1 Innocenzo vescovo servo dei servi di Dio, ai diletti figli frati dell'ordine dei Minori, salute e benedizione apostolica. Poiché come veri e fedeli ministri di Cristo avete scelto per voi dimore nella casa del Signore, riteniamo degno che le vostre abitazioni le stabiliamo tra le altre onorevoli congregazioni dei fedeli.

2 § 1. Per questo motivo, inclinati alle vostre suppliche, decerniamo con l'autorità dei presenti, che tutte le vostre Chiese dove esistono conventi, siano chiamate Conventuali.

3 § 2. Concedendo tuttavia a voi la licenza, affinché nelle medesime Chiese, per l'uso dei frati e della vostra famiglia, possiate liberamente avere cimiteri.

1 Innocentius episcopus servus servorum Dei, di= lectis flliis fratribus ordinis Minorum, salatem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum tamquam veri et fideles Christi ministri elegeritis vobis in domo Domini mansiones, dignum esse credimus, ut habitacula vestra inler alias honorabiles congregationes fidelium slatuamus.

2 § 1. Hinc est igitur, quod vestris supplicationibus inclinati, praesentium auctoritate decernimus, ut Ecclesiae vestrae omnes ubi convenlus existunt, Couvenluales vocenlur.

3 § 2. Vobis nihilominus licentiam concedentes, ut in ipsis Ecclesiis, ad opus fratrum et familiae vestrae, habere libere coemeteria valeatis.

That the brothers Minor of the order of St. Francis Conventual be denominated.

1 Innocent, bishop, servant of the servants of God, to his beloved sons the brothers of the order of Minor, greeting and apostolic benediction. Since as true and faithful ministers of Christ you have chosen for yourselves dwellings in the house of the Lord, we believe it fitting that we establish your habitations among other honorable congregations of the faithful.

2 § 1. For this reason, therefore, inclined by your supplications, by the authority of these presents we decree that all your churches where convents exist shall be called Conventual.

3 § 2. Nevertheless granting to you license that in these same churches, for the use of the brothers and your household, you may freely have cemeteries.
