AZZONE de RAMENCHIS. - Italian canonist of the 14th century, son-in-law of Giovanni d'Andrea (v.); he was certainly a professor at Bologna in 1339; d. around 1346. Two works of canon law are known by him: Repetitiones (falsely attributed to the contemporary Romanist Azzo), and Quaestiones (unpublished).
