CAHIERS DE LA QUINZAINE. – Founded by Charles Péguy in 1900. At first, the founder published some C. of a socialist and anticlerical character, on Loisy, on the monument to Renan, and an atheist catechism (Le monde sans Dieu). Having converted around 1908, he published in them his Mystère de la charité de Jeanne d'Arc, and his poems Eve, La tapisserie de Notre-Dame, La tapisserie de St-Geneviève. After his death, his son published several further issues from 1925 onward.
