Franciscan Sisters of the Family of Mary. — They were founded in 1856 in St. Petersburg and approved in Warsaw by Archbishop Sigmondo Felice Felinski. Aggregated to the Order of Conventual Friars Minor in 1903.
The Congregation, which has its motherhouse in Leopoldów, is divided into two provinces with 213 houses. It has 818 religious, devoted to teaching and works of charity.
