IUSTITIA. - Juridical review published ITALIA (v.), of which it is the official organ. It began publication in 1948 (editor Francesco Di Piazza), and many of the most distinguished Italian masters of law contribute to II.
In addition to articles of a general character, it publishes juridical writings on matters directly connected with the fundamental aspects of ethical life, writings through which attention is directed not only to problems of positive law, but also to problems of legislative reform. In its informational section it publishes bibliographical columns (from books and journals) and various news from the juridical world; it also devotes particular attention to parliamentary activity, both by reporting bills under consideration and by reproducing the most notable parliamentary acts, and by publishing critical contributions on bills in preparation.
