Review of the Young

RIVISTA DEI GIOVANI. — Monthly periodical founded in 1920 and directed by the Salesian Antonio Cojazzi, published by SEI (Soc. Ed. Internazionale) in Turin.

It achieved wide circulation and beneficial influence among young people in secondary schools and universities, with the programme “for culture and Christian life,” oriented according to the pedagogical tradition of s. Giovanni Bosco. A prominent figure found glorification in this journal: Pier Giorgio Frassati. With the proliferation of predominantly illustrated periodicals, and convinced that it had fulfilled its task of providing sound and reflective formation, it voluntarily suspended publication, while still alive and flourishing, after 29 years, in 1949. A series of articles written by the director was collected in the volume Alla scoperta di te stesso.
