LEITNER, Martin. - Canonista, n. a Bodenwöhr (Oberpfalz) l'i i marzo 1862, m. a Passau il 25 dic. 1929. Professore di diritto canonico dal 1904 a Passau, si occupò con zelo anche dell'amministrazione della giustizia ecclesiastica. Seguì nello studio del diritto canonico, l'indirizzo dogmatico.
