CALDERINI, GIOVANNI. - Famous lay canonist of the 14th century (d. 1365). He taught at Bologna around the middle of the 14th century.

He wrote, besides various monographs, a commentary on the Clementines, a Repertorium sive dictionnarium iuris and some other works of lesser importance.
