EGLISE VIVANTE. — Quarterly journal founded in Louvain in 1949 under the auspices of the Society of Missionary Auxiliaries.
Its aim is to contribute to the study of the theological foundations of the Church’s missionary life in non-Christian lands and of its adaptation to different peoples; to communicate to the old Christian communities the new experience of the young Christian communities; to enable all to know and appreciate the richness of the various gifts that God has distributed among human beings; to bring concrete and current issues, recent publications, and study meetings relating to the missions to public attention; to report new initiatives and make missionary activities known.
