FERNÁNDEZ DE MINAYA, LOPE. – Augustinian of Toledo, who lived in the 15th century. A distinguished orator, he is a classic of literature on account of the two treatises Espejo del alma, «opus optimae frugia plenum» (Pérez Bayer), and Libro de las tribulaciones, with which he anticipates the great Spanish ascetical writers.
