ALBERTUCCI de' BORSELLI, GIROLAMO. – Dominican, born in Bologna around 1432 and died there in 1497. A celebrated preacher, he devoted himself especially to historical studies concerning his Order, and wrote annals and chronicles whose titles have come down to us through his fellow citizen Leandro Alberti, along with fragmentary excerpts reproduced in later works.
