Commentarium Pro Religiosis

COMMENTARIUM PRO RELIGIOSIS. - A bimonthly journal published in Rome by the missionary Sons of the Heart of Mary (Claretians).

It appeared in Jan. 1920 to illustrate everything relating to the religious state, especially in its juridical aspect. The material was distributed into 7 sections, which it still maintains, namely: Documenti annotati e commentati; Esegesi, where the canons of the second part of Book II of the CIC are set out; Studi canonici; Consultazioni; Studi vari; Cronaca e Bibliografia. From 1935, a new section was added for the missionary life considered in all its aspects, especially from the juridical side. From then on the journal enlarged its original title with the addition of et Missionariis.

Publication was interrupted because of the world war in the years 1943-45, and was resumed in 1946, with the same programs and method.
