JUS. - A quarterly periodical, bearing the subtitle Journal of Juridical Sciences published under the auspices of the Università Cattolica del S. Cuore, founded in Milan in 1940, with the purpose of grasping, in the study of the general doctrines of law and of those more general problems found in its individual branches, the essential unity of the juridical phenomenon and of its development, and thus bringing to light its spiritual value.
The editorial committee consisted of p. Agostino Gemelli and Profs. Amedeo Giannini, Federico Patetta, Salvatore Riccobono, Santi Romano, Marco Tullio Zanzucchi; the editors were Profs. Giorgio Balladore-Pallieri and Orio Giacchi.
Publication was suspended after the first issue of the third year (1943). In July 1950, the first issue of a new series appeared. The scientific editorial committee is composed of Profs. Enrico Allorio, Giorgio Balladore-Pallieri, and Biondo Biondi. Rodolfo Danieli
