JUS

**JUS** – Quarterly periodical, subtitled *Review of Juridical Sciences*, published under the care of the Università Cattolica del S. Cuore, founded in Milan in 1940 with the aim of grasping, in the study of general doctrines of law and of those more general problems that arise in its individual branches, the essential unity of the juridical phenomenon and its development, and thus to highlight its spiritual value.

Publication was suspended after the first issue of the third year (1943). In July 1950, the first issue of a new series appeared. The scientific editorial committee is composed of Professors Enrico Allorio, Giorgio Balladore-Pallieri, and Biondo Biondi. Rodolfo Danieli.
