« TE DEPRECANTE CORPORUM ». — Hymn of Lauds in the Office of the feast of s. Giovanni di Kenty, by an unknown author of the eighteenth century.
The first three stanzas praise the miracles worked by the Saint, whose efficacy has been felt principally against the plague, consumption, and malignant tumors. Before the final doxology, a prayer that he may grant his devotees protection and aid.
