VIA, LA. – An illustrated weekly, first published in Rome on 29 January 1949, on the initiative of Igino Giordani, soon supported by figures from the Catholic and political worlds.
Starting from the evangelical “Ego sum via, veritas et vita” (John 14:6), the weekly aims to interpret ideas and events in politics, economics, literature and philosophy with complete freedom, in a Catholic spirit, with a view to the Christianisation of society and its structural reform according to justice and charity.
