BARTOLOMEO DA PALAZZOLO

BARTOLOMEO da PALAZZOLO. – Augustinian penitent, born in 1430, died at Brescia on 3 October 1502. He was an example of outstanding virtue among the Hermits of St Augustine. It is said that after his death, through his intercession, quite a few extraordinary events took place. His name is linked to an extensive Martyrologium, which was printed in Pavia in 1487.
