FEDELI COMPAGNE DI GESÙ. – Religious congregation founded at Amiens in 1820 by Maria Maddalena Vittoria de Bengy, Viscountess of Bonnault d'Houet, and approved by Leo XII in 1826. The sisters, devoted to teaching in schools and boarding schools, are spread throughout almost all parts of the world, numbering over 1,500, with 45 houses divided into 5 religious provinces.
