PAMPHILUS. - Author of the writing falsely called Panoplia dogmatica, in which Severus of Antioch and Monophysitism are combated. The author relies on Leontius of Byzantium (v.) and on the Confessio rectae fidei of Justinian. The work was written between 560 and 630.
