**RASSEGNA DI MORALE E DIRITTO** — Quarterly periodical, founded in Rome in 1935 under the direction of Monsignor Silvio Romani with the collaboration of leading jurists.
Its aim was to address scientifically all questions of direct or indirect interest to scholars of moral, social, and juridical sciences across various fields: civil, canon, public law, private law, commercial law, concordatory law, and comparative law. It included synthesis articles, notes and discussions, specialized studies, commentaries on moral and legal topics, reviews and notices of works, and was supplemented by booklets on specific issues. Additionally, it featured an appendix with a course on moral theology, commentary, and propedeutics to the *Codex Iuris Canonici*. The publication ceased in 1940.
