RASSEGNA DI MORALE E DIRITTO — Quarterly periodical, established in Rome in 1935 under the direction of Msgr. Silvio Romani, with the cooperation of the foremost jurists.
Its purpose was to treat scientifically all the questions that directly or indirectly concern scholars of the moral, social, and juridical sciences, in the various fields: civil, canonical, public law, private law, commercial, concordat law, and comparative law. It included synthetic articles, notes and discussions, specialized studies, commentaries on morality and law, reviews and notices of works, and was supplemented by booklets on particular questions; in addition, it provided in an appendix a course in moral theology, commentary on the CIC, and propaedeutics. Publication ceased in 1940. Celestino Testore
