ANDREA da RATISBONA. - Augustinian historian of the late 15th century. He entered the convent of St. Mang in Ratisbona in 1410. He wrote: De statu urbis Ratisbonae antiquae et de variis haeresibus; Chronicon generale a Ch. n. usque ad 1422, extended in the Diarium sexennale until 1427; Chronicon de ducibus Bavariae until 1439, which in the German translation made by A. himself was continued until 1452; Chronicon Episc. Ratisbonensium, from 484 to 1428.
