ANTON, Gabriel. - German psychiatrist (1858-1944), professor at the University of Halle. He was the presenter of the famous "Declaration" of the Medical Faculty of Halle (1917) on the harmlessness of sexual continence in youth, which provoked criticism from immoralist German physicians.
