BONACCORSI, GIUSEPPE. - Missionary of the Sacred Heart, b. in Rome on 18 Dec. 1874, d. there on 7 March 1935. He founded and directed for half a year the Rivista storico-critica delle scienze teologiche. Under the guidance of Fr. Genocchi (v.) he devoted himself fervently to the biblical exegesis of the New Testament, becoming an eminent scholar in the field.
On this subject his most noteworthy writings are: Il Natale.
