CONVIVIUM. – A bimonthly journal of literature, philosophy, and history founded in Turin in 1929 by Carlo Calcaterra, Paolo Ubaldi, and Luigi Stefanini.
It particularly aims to study questions of ancient and modern literature and philosophy, historical criticism, as well as the examination of works by foreign writers of particular interest to Italy. It publishes profiles of poets, artists, philosophers, philologists, and critics from the past sixty years. It is supplemented by extensive reviews, commentaries, news, and bibliographic material. In 1949, a new series was initiated.
