ILARIO of ROME. — Deacon, follower of Lucifer of Cagliari. According to St. Jerome (*Altercatio Luciferiani*, 27), he published «libellosi de haereticis rebaptizandis». He was probably the same person who accompanied Lucifer to Milan in 355. He had died by around 382, when Jerome published his *Altercatio Luciferiani et orthodoxi*.
