Diocese of JABOTICABAL. — In the eastern part of the State of S. Paulo in Brazil.
It has an area of 8,000 sq. km. with a population of 350,000 inhabitants, of whom 250,000 are Catholics, distributed in 24 parishes with 7 diocesan priests and 17 religious, one seminary, 3 male and 6 female religious communities (1949).
