Having consecrated herself to God from her earliest years and having overcome strong family difficulties, she entered on 4 Feb. 1920 among the Religious of the Sacred Heart at Poitiers, where she remained until her death. Employed, as a coadjutrix sister, in all the external affairs of the House, she progressed in the interior life, to the point of reaching the heights of mysticism. A victim for the conversion of sinners, she experienced in herself the sorrows of the Passion of Jesus, the harshest temptations of solitude, of doubts and of despair, violent assaults of the demon. She left a "message," which the Sacred Heart would have entrusted to her, to be communicated to souls in order to increase their trust in his divine love, which would wish to inundate the world with his pity and mercy.
