MUSEUM OF MARSILIA. — According to Gennaro (De vir. ill., 79), he wrote a Lectionary («excerpts from the Holy Scriptures of readings suited to the festive days of the whole year, with the corresponding responsories and psalm verses appropriate to the season and the readings»), a Sacramentary («an excellent and not small volume of Sacraments») and composed homilies («and a homily is said to have been delivered»). M. is said to have died «during the reign of Leo and Maiorinus». None of these works, it seems, have been preserved.
