NAVA, CESARE. - Engineer, parliamentarian, minister, b. in Milano on 7 Oct. 1861, d. there on 27 Nov. 1933. He was active in the Italian Catholic Youth movement. In Milano he was a municipal councillor, president of the Congregazione di Carità, of the Banco ambrosiano, and of the «Pro Cultura» circle. Together with Broggi, he built the headquarters of the Banca d'Italia in Milano (1907-12).
