Little Servants of the B. M. V. Immaculate of the Third Order of St. Francis
Founded in the diocese of Warsaw in the 19th century. They received the decree of praise on May 27, 1909, that of temporary approval of the Constitutions on January 8, 1938, and definitive approval on March 29, 1949.
The special purpose of the Institute is to safeguard Christian life, especially in urban centers and those experiencing spiritual difficulties. In 1949, the sisters numbered over 1,000 and had 132 houses divided into four provinces.
