Little Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

PICCOLE SERVE DEL SACRO CUORE DI GESÙ. – Founded in Turin in 1875 by Anna Michelotti of Annecy.

The decree of praise and the first approval of the Constitutions dates from 3 June 1932; definitive approval was granted on 16 January 1940. The specific purpose of the foundation is the free care of poor sick persons in their homes, always at the request of the parish priest or his representative. In 1950 the sisters numbered 288, distributed among 16 houses.
