« PLACARE CHRISTE SERVULIS ». — Hymn of Vespers on the feast of All Saints, by an unknown author; it is found in manuscripts as early as the 10th century.

It is a series of invocations to the various categories of saints that they may obtain the grace of salvation. The revisers under Urban VIII almost completely rewrote this hymn, which in its original form began: Christe, Redemptor omnium.
