SWOBODA, HEINRICH. - Theologian, born on 28 June 1861 in Vienna, died there on 7 May 1923. Professor of pastoral theology and catechetics at the University of Vienna from 1895, a brilliant orator and good organizer.
An important member of the Leogesellschaft, he founded its artistic and catechetical sections, devoting his energies to these two fields, to which he dedicated all his ingenuity.
