ANTONII, PIETRO and GIOVANNI BATTISTA degli. Pietro, musician, b. in Bologna in 1648, d. there in 1720. Maestro di cappella in various churches of his city, he composed masses, psalms, motets, the oratorios S. Rocco and L’Innocenza depressa, as well as various instrumental music and organ works.
Giovanni Battista, brother of Pietro, b. in Bologna in 1660, left notable organ compositions.
