BADER, KARL. – Publicist, b. at Friburgo in Br. on 9 December 1796, d. there on 19 June 1874. He consistently and independently defended the rights and freedom of the Church in Baden and took part in the controversy of the so-called “German Question” against the solution supported by Prussia. He was a contributor to the Historisch-politischen Blätter.
