D'ANGELO, SOSIO

D'ANGELO, Sosio. - Canonist, b. at Mondragone (Caserta) 22 Feb. 1887, d. at Rome 22 July 1930.

He first devoted himself to pastoral care, then in Rome, where he had obtained the degree in utroque iure, he carried out esteemed work in the Sacred Congregations and in the juridical faculty of S. Apollinare, also promoting, with other professors, the founding of the journal Apollinaris. In addition to various notable studies published in periodicals, his works include: Ius Pandectarum (Rome 1923); Ius Digestorum (I, ibid. 1927; II, Turin 1928).
