D'ANGELO, SOSIO. – Canonist, born in Mondragone (Caserta) on 22 February 1887, died in Rome on 22 July 1930.
He first devoted himself to pastoral ministry, then in Rome, where he had obtained a degree in utroque iure, he carried out valued work in the Sacred Congregations and in the Faculty of Law of S. Apollinare, also promoting, together with other professors, the founding of the journal Apollinaris. In addition to various noteworthy studies published in periodicals, his works include: Ius Pandectarum (Rome 1923); Ius Digestorum (I, ibid. 1927; II, Turin 1928).
