DADIN D'HAUTESERRE, ANTOINE. – Canonist, born at Cahors in 1602, died in 1682. He was a professor of law at Tolosa. He wrote on law and history.
His principal works are Innocentius III P. M. seu Commentarius perpetuus in singulas decretales huius Pontificis (Parigi 1666); De fictionibus iuris (there 1659); In libros Clementinarum Commentarii (there 1680). He also wrote Ecclesiasticae iurisdictionis vindiciae (there 1703), which did not please the Gallicans, although it was written at their urging. An edition of all his works was published at Napoli (1777–80).
