ANGIUS, VITTORIO. – A priest, he was deputy for Lanusei (Nuoro) in the 1st legislature and proposed the abolition of tithes in Sardinia. Re-elected in the 4th legislature by the second electoral district of Cagliari, he opposed the bill on civil marriage and proposed refusing marriage to anyone who could not prove that he possessed the means necessary to support a family.
