FORESTI, GIACOMO FILIPPO. - Augustinian historian and theologian, born at Solto (Bergamo) in 1434, died at Bergamo in 1520. He entered the Hermits of S. Agostino, and honored the Order throughout his life by his modesty, piety, and learning.
