KLAIPEDA. – Prelature nullius and city in Lithuania. It was created by Pope Pius XI through the apostolic constitution Lituanorum gente of 4 April 1926, raising the church of the Most Holy Trinity to prelatic dignity; it is suffragan to Kaunas.
