OLIMPIODORO

OLYMPIODORUS. — Deacon of Alexandria, contemporary of Procopius of Gaza (6th cent.); he wrote commentaries on the Old Testament, drawing largely on his predecessors. He is said also to have written against Severus of Antiochia (v. ANASTASIUS SINAITA: PG 89, 1189). No monograph exists.
