REVUE DE L'ORIENT CHRÉTIEN. - A scholarly journal covering questions related to the Christian East, which began in 1896 in Paris as a quarterly "Supplement" to the popular R. d. l'O. C.
From the outset, distinguished orientalists collaborated on it, including Carra de Vaux, Chabot, Graffin, Nau, and Scheil. The journal's periodicity has not always been consistent, particularly during the years of the world wars. The final issue (1946) closes volume XXX and the 3rd series.
