REVUE OF RELIGIOUS SCIENCES. - A quarterly periodical published and for the most part edited by the professors of the Faculty of Theology of Strasbourg, founded in 1921 with the intention of replacing the Bulletin d'ancienne littérature et d'archéologie chrétienne, which had been suspended during the First World War, but in reality set up with a different orientation.

Having been interrupted after no. 20 (1940), because of the war, the journal appeared again in 1947, publishing in that year's volume the index of all the preceding years. With no. 22 (1948) it resumed its normal sections: original articles, unpublished documents, chronicles, notes and communications, bibliographical reviews. In addition to problems of positive theology, it deals with topics of philosophy, history of religions, dogmatic theology, pastoral and moral theology, canon law, liturgy, and exegesis.
