ANDREW OF THE MOTHER OF GOD. – Spanish Discalced Carmelite, born A. de San Roman, born in 1620 in Palencia (Castile), died in 1674 in Alba de Tormes.
Rector of the “Collegio Salmanticense” in 1673, as such he published 3 volumes of the *Cursus Theol. Moralis Salmanticensis*, namely: vol. II, *De Sacramento ordinis, matrimonii, et de censuris* (Salamanca 1668); vol. III, *De legibus, de justitia, dominio, restitutione et contractibus* (Lyons 1670) and vol. IV, *De statu religioso... de privilegiis et simonia* (Lyons 1670, Madrid 1709).
