She entered the Discalced Carmelite convent in Terni in June 1626 and made her profession there on 17 June 1627, initially called Sister II of St John, later E. of J. In 1629, she was sent with other sisters, including the Venerable Maria Paola of Jesus (Centurioni), to found a new Discalced Carmelite monastery in Vienna (Austria), of which she was later elected prioress (1638–41). Then, in 1643, she went to found a monastery in Graz (Styria), again serving as prioress (1644), and from there she proceeded to the foundation in Prague (Bohemia), arriving on 10 December 1636. She died there in the reputation of holiness, and her incorrupt body is preserved in the choir of that monastery.
