1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wonderful: seven angels having the seven last plagues. For in them is filled up the wrath of God.E vidi un altro prodigio grande, e mirabile nel cielo, sette Angeli, che portavano le sette piaghe ultime: perché con queste si sazia l'ira di Dio.AND I savv an other signe in heauen great and maruelous: seuen Angels hauing the seuen last plagues. Because in them the wrath of God is consummate.Et vidi aliud signum in cælo magnum et mirabile, angelos septem, habentes plagas septem novissimas: quoniam in illis consummata est ira Dei. 2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had overcome the beast and his image and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God:E vidi come un mare di vetro misto di fuoco, e quelli, che hanno vinta la bestia, e la sua immagine, e il numero del nome di essa, stanno sul mare di vetro, tenendo cetere divine:And I savv as it vvere a sea of glasse mingled vvith fire, and them that ouercame the beast and his image and the number of his name, standing vpon the sea of glasse, hauing the harpes of God:Et vidi tamquam mare vitreum mistum igne, et eos, qui vicerunt bestiam, et imaginem ejus, et numerum nominis ejus, stantes super mare vitreum, habentes citharas Dei: 3And singing the canticle of Moses, the servant of God, and the canticle of the Lamb, saying: Great and wonderful are thy works, O Lord God Almighty. Just and true are thy ways, O King of ages.E cantavano il cantico di Mosè servo di Dio, e il cantico dell'Agnello, dicendo: grandi, e mirabili sono le opere tue, Signore Dio onnipotente: giuste, e vere sono le tue vie, o Re de' secoli.and singing the song of Moyses the seruant of God, and the song of the Lambe, saying, Great and maruelous are thy vvorkes Lord God omnipotent: iust and true are thy vvaies King of the vvorldes'.et cantantes canticum Moysi servi Dei, et canticum Agni, dicentes: Magna et mirabilia sunt opera tua, Domine Deus omnipotens: justæ et veræ sunt viæ tuæ, Rex sæculorum. 4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and magnify thy name? For thou only art holy. For all nations shall come and shall adore in thy sight, because thy judgments are manifest.Chi non ti temerà, o Signore, e non glorificherà il nome tuo? imperocché tu solo se' Dio: onde le nazioni tutte verranno, e si incurveranno davanti a te, perché i giudizi tuoi sono renduti manifesti.Vvho shal not feare thee o Lord, and magnifie thy name? because thou only art holy, because al nations shal come, & adore in thy sight, because thy iudgements be manifest.Quis non timebit te, Domine, et magnificabit nomen tuum ? quia solus pius es: quoniam omnes gentes venient, et adorabunt in conspectu tuo, quoniam judicia tua manifesta sunt.

5And after these things, I looked: and behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.Dopo di ciò mirai, ed ecco si apri il tempio del tabernacolo del testimonio del cielo:And after these things I looked, and behold the temple of the tabernacle of testimonie was opened in heauen:Et post hæc vidi: et ecce apertum est templum tabernaculi testimonii in cælo, 6And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed with clean and white linen and girt about the breasts with golden girdles.E usciron dal tempio i sette Angeli, che portavano le sette piaghe, vestiti di lino puro, e candido, e cinti intorno al petto con fascie d'oro.and there issued forth the seuen Angels, hauing the seuen plagues, from the temple: reuested vvith cleane and vvhite stone', & girded about the breastes vvith girdles of gold.et exierunt septem angeli habentes septem plagas de templo, vestiti lino mundo et candido, et præcincti circa pectora zonis aureis. 7And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden vials, full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.E uno de' quattro animali diede a' sette Angeli sette calici d'oro, pieni dell'ira di Dio vivente ne' secoli de' secoli. And one of the foure beastes, gaue to the seuen Angels seuen vials of gold ful of the vvrath of the God that liueth for euer and euer.Et unum de quatuor animalibus dedit septem angelis septem phialas aureas, plenas iracundiæ Dei viventis in sæcula sæculorum. 8And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God and from his power. And no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.E il tempio s'empi di fumo per la maestà di Dio, e per la virtù di esso: né poteva alcuno entrare nel tempio, sino che compiate non fossero le sette piaghe de' sette Angeli. And the temple vvas filled vvith smoke at the maiestie of God, and at his povver: and no man could enter into the temple, til the seuen plagues of the seuen Angels vvere consummate.Et impletum est templum fumo a majestate Dei, et de virtute ejus: et nemo poterat introire in templum, donec consummarentur septem plagæ septem angelorum.
